PLUTO URANUS
Each person's destiny is a variable conditioned in part by the characteristics inherent to the individual's nature, and in part by those of their environment PLUS the way in which they manage it.
If we try to stretch a bronze thread and a gold one, we will see that by applying the same force we will achieve more effectiveness on the gold.
If we are born or give birth to something at a good time but in a place with unfavorable conditions, we cannot expect the destiny of such an event to be the same as one created under positive circumstances.
This era we are living in is under the influence of Pluto's transits over Capricorn in the first place and those of Uranus, Neptune and Saturn on the other; Jupiter serves as a lever to drive and extract what the slow planets are underlining.
Pluto is in Capricorn, and its entrance was like a bull in a china shop to the most firmly established structures; suddenly everything began a complete change. The interpretation of a slow planet is very related to its opposite. When Pluto passed through Cancer, two world wars shook the planet, causing the death of at least 100 million people. This gave rise to a new structure (Capricorn), undoubtedly forced by circumstances, especially in politics, weaponry, and technology.
With Pluto in Capricorn what is forced to change is the individual itself as part of the population of a territory, a territory that is changing its tectonic foundations.
This change will end in 2025, something we can already observe with perspective in the shift that changed the structure of power in the world. The United States was a consequence of Pluto's passage through Capricorn, and to put it somehow, they were born as an entity with Pluto's passage over Aquarius. It was and still is a paradigm shift in society that integrates different cultures under the ideal of freedom, an ideal very much centered on its sun, its elected president—very much Aquarius-Leo without a doubt—although those who conceived this country had a very clear conservative framework.
Changes will be proportional to the diversity of the population, and few changes will occur in places where the population is predominantly native.
In this current period, many territories will be destabilized in the search for a different prototype, but this will only occur in countries that respond to certain characteristics and are prepared for it. European resistance to changing old structures is a brake, but its increasingly heterogeneous population and the same resistance to modifying its foundations are of the greatest interest to Pluto over the sign of Capricorn. We can expect that within just 10 years, the EU will be something very different from what we know now, and this means crisis—a crisis of identity and foundation that still has much to tell.
Uranus in Aries was the prelude to the Arab revolution, which in turn sparked the resurgence of the so-called rebels, those who struggle to destabilize their zone of influence in the Middle East mainly.
This is one of the effects of Uranus. While it breaks with the established paths, it has no ideology whatsoever, only the one that is rebelling against the situation of its environment. I highlight this because many still think Uranus brings progress and innovation, and what I continuously observe in natal charts is that Uranus is a mercenary without a defined ideal. If it acts in a conservative society it will be the most advanced and progressive, or vice versa.
Uranus in Aries initiates new ideas, but usually does not advance much further on its own. The transit and aspects of the other slow planets are what will tell us how far it will reach.
With Pluto's square, Uranus faces an entire generation, but it does not build; it only sticks its finger in the weakest and most unstable part. When this transit passes, the situation can return to its starting point.
Between the years 19 to 22, there will be a resolution to the current crises. It is unlikely to happen before this date.
And it will be that era and no other that will mark the events that will lead to real change. Now we are fully immersed in the chaos of change, a chaos that will be productive later, and which we must observe in conjunction with our own horoscope to have a complete vision.
