A few days ago, specifically on March 8th, I wrote a post about the imminent entry of Uranus into the sign of Aries, I explained that it would happen on the 12th, that is three days later in an imminent way. Only two days later, practically at the same instant that Uranus entered the sign of Aries, the great earthquake in Japan occurred.
At an astrological level regarding the horoscope, different considerations must be made, on one hand the most distant star and therefore the one that sets the underlying tone is Pluto.
Pluto is in the sign of Capricorn, there was practically a coincidence at a global level between the entry or let's say it changed zodiacal sign of this planet with the global economic crisis we are suffering, curiously Pluto is now in the sign of Capricorn, a zodiacal sign that has much to do with structures, constructions, the need for solidity in short. Pluto has its own meaning of metamorphosis, of transformation, and as we all know, in mythology it was the guardian of the underworld, in reality both this planet and all others for the knowledge of the astrologer, have a broad significance but never divergent.
For astrological integration it is relatively easy to discern what the entry of Pluto into Capricorn means, a metamorphosis in structures, when I mentioned structures I am not referring only to buildable structures, (let us remember that the crisis originated precisely from construction), I am also referring to social and economic structures, when Pluto acts it is performing a cleansing, one must destroy in order to rebuild.
Perhaps the most powerful representation of this meaning has just been given in the country of Japan, Pluto symbolizes atomic energy also for astrology, and it is found moreover in the sign of structural metamorphosis.
However, to think that Pluto has just finished its work is falling short, Pluto will exit the sign of Capricorn in 2023, which does not mean that we will have an identical crisis throughout this entire time, the crisis will end when a new global structure develops.
It will be between 2019 and 2023 that this century of metamorphosis regarding the structures of power, economic and construction will end.
However Pluto does not act alone although it may set the underlying tone, we have the entry of Uranus into Aries, precisely at 23:30 Spanish time on March 11th, coincidence or not (Uranus takes about seven years to change zodiacal sign) whether or not it is casual, the truth is that Uranus has just entered a new cycle, and has come to stay.
Furthermore Uranus will make an aspect of tension with Pluto that will last more than two years, at that moment the structures that still endure and that are obsolete will feel themselves tremble, situations like what happened in Japan cannot be ruled out, but it seems more likely that it refers to an external situation in this case.
The American nation began with Pluto in Capricorn, it was also a turbulent era from which we can draw a positive reading, from the disgregation of the American colonies a country emerged with very powerful constructive capacity, it arose from the destruction of the old structures so to speak.
At these moments there are many structures of power that are being undermined, a transformation is occurring that probably will give rise to a new world order.
And I am not referring to the world order that is so much touted and that aims to dominate the world, I am referring to a significant change in the structures of economic and social power.
If we have learned anything from history, it is that despite changes, revolutions, metamorphoses of all kinds and catastrophes, finally and because human nature does not modify itself we tend toward the same thing again and again, but in nature as in the cosmos everything changes, everything transforms, and at a speed and sometimes in a way that we cannot assimilate, however it is natural that it happens, what is unnatural is that we live thinking there exists certainty and security.
