On October 8th we have the second of the so-called blood eclipses, this eclipse occurs over the middle of the signs of Aries and Libra.
As already indicated in the previous post about this event, the eclipses called "blood eclipses" owe their name to the reddish color of the Moon, caused by the reflection of light emanating from our planet. When we see other objects illuminated by sunlight, we sometimes don't imagine how Earth can reflect light into outer space. Part of the answer we find in the copper color of the so-called blood moon. Earth's atmosphere, which extends beyond 60km into space, is illuminated by sunlight filtering the tones so that red finally predominates.

Lunar eclipses occur with a periodicity of about 6 months, and in this case the last of the tetrad will occur on October 28th, 2015, this last one being the only one that will be completely visible from Europe.
Lunar eclipses, the so-called tetrad of eclipses, all of them total! This phenomenon is quite normal in the last century, occurring 9 times, but its frequency is certainly not always the same. Between 1600 and 1900 this astronomical phenomenon could not be observed, and as we all know, unfortunate events continued their usual course during these dates as well.
However, it seems there is a certain synchronism with events related to the Jewish people. Coinciding with the blood moons: in 1492 Jews were expelled from Spain, in 1948 Israel became a state, and in 1967 the date when Jerusalem was annexed in the Six-Day War. Events coinciding with periods similar to the one that begins on April 15th. In the Bible there are some direct references such as this: "The sun will be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord" (Joel, 2:31). And several more, which demonstrate the anxiety with which the Hebrew people experienced this phenomenon.
It should not be forgotten that after the first eclipse called blood eclipse, Israel and Palestine entered into a significant armed conflict.
THE CURRENT ECLIPSE.
The effect of this eclipse on Aries and Libra is what it seems. The eclipsing moon is in Aries and over Uranus, which is no small thing, because what is eclipsed is in Libra, a symbol of law and existing balance. What is being tested is the equilibrium and the rules of the current moment, and what tests it is a new and revolutionary initiative. This will not be without conflict.
What prevents the "blood moon" from overflowing the river is the favorable disposition of Jupiter from Leo over the Sun. While on one hand we have an outbreak that can cause a conflict perhaps of short duration, but that can be very incisive, on the other hand we have something that can achieve an agreement in this conflict. Jupiter in Leo. What can facilitate the resolution of the conflict is mutual interest in finding their own identity, in enlarging the role or ego of what enters into conflict, and doing so in grand fashion.
We have a conflict looming in Taiwan, and in Spain we have another in Catalonia. In Spain, moreover, the president of the Catalan community, Artur Mas, has in his natal chart the eclipse between his MC and his IC, between the highest part of his sky and the part closest to the earth, being a fairly explicit indication of a call to rebellion and in accordance with the circumstances.
On the other hand, the president of the government has the angles in exactly opposite position in his sector 11 and 5, being a sign of opposition from government members who will not accept his rules on the matter. Even his own ministers can dissent. On the other hand, he will find the solution in a creative change in the way the problem is named or even the Catalan community itself.
A change of denomination rather than territory might ultimately be what solves the conflict created in Catalonia.
It must be remembered that the situation of impediment in his chart is no small matter now, and the people will be the ones who pay the price, and not precisely the Chinese people.
In Taiwan, and although it may sound strange, China, which also absorbs much energy from this eclipse—its north node is very close to it, and also its Mercury-Neptune conjunction—could reach an agreement that would definitively absorb the former British colony, achieving a certain autonomy and some power for Taiwan.

People who have important points and planets in their natal horoscope can experience sudden changes. If these points are found over, for example, Venus and house 7, their relationship will turn in a surprising and rapid way. Each person will experience this according to the general context of their chart, but in some way this full moon will move energies that were at rest, things that were in a state of latency and that now accelerate.
This eclipse seems to point to a period in which the strength of Arab countries will decline. However, just before the next eclipse, what will happen is that the American continent will be in a more advantageous situation, something that will change the tables with respect to the current situation in the armed conflicts that are now occurring.
The countries in which the eclipse will be seen in its entirety are:
Northeast North America, Eastern Australia, New Zealand, much of Japan and East Asia. In Europe, Africa and the Middle East it will NOT be seen. It will be the last eclipse of the tetrad that will be appreciated in this part of the world. The rest of the countries will see the lunar eclipse partially.
The times of the eclipse depend on the place from which it is seen, but taking into account UTC time and the time zone of the country it can be calculated easily:
| Fase | Hora UTC |
| Comienzo Eclipse Penumbral | 08:15:33 |
| Comienzo Eclipse Parcial | 09:14:48 |
| Comienzo Eclipse Total | 10:25:10 |
| Máximo Oscurecimiento | 10:54:36 |
| Fin de Eclipse Total | 11:24:00 |
| Fin de Eclipse Parcial | 12:34:21 |
| Fin de Eclipse Penumbral | 13:33:43 |
