THE SKY AS SPECTACLE
«Aim at the heavens and you will have the earth thrown in. Aim at the earth and you will have neither». C. S. Lewis.
We have ahead of us a spectacular display of celestial events that I will be unfolding, an atypical summer much like this dystopian and disruptive era that precedes that great cycle shift represented by Pluto entering Aquarius.
PLANETARY ALIGNMENT
Four planets will be aligned—Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, and Venus—something that can be observed from April 17 to 20 on the horizon at dawn. While it is already rare for this to happen with observable planets, it is even more extraordinary that it will also occur with Neptune conjunct Jupiter; obviously Neptune will not be visible due to its extreme distance.

As if an alignment of this type were not rare enough (the last one was in 2005), it is even more extraordinary that it happens again, this time with ALL the planets of the solar system in the days before and after June 24, the feast day of Saint John, a moment when the Moon will also participate in this alignment visible to the naked eye in the sky—Uranus, Neptune, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, and the Moon, all of them commanded by Pluto, and as if it were a locomotive marking the way toward a new horizon. That Pluto and Uranus are the planets (Pluto is considered a planetoid) at the extremes denotes the generational influence this event represents. We are in a bridge stage that separates the waters between past and future on many levels. This celestial event is a faithful reflection of the events yet to come, as if it were a mirror.
SOLAR AND LUNAR ECLIPSES
On April 30 we will have the next Solar eclipse, which will be visible in South America, mainly in Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and Argentina. This partial eclipse will not be visible in Europe. Traditionally, the effect of eclipses is considered in the places where it is visible, although my experience shows that they have equal effect on any horoscope regardless of origin.
This Solar eclipse, which like all eclipses of this type occurs with the new moon, will affect mainly those who have planets or sensitive angles at 10 degrees of the fixed signs—Leo, Aquarius, Taurus, or Scorpio—although its relevance may not be as intense as on other occasions.
In contrast, the lunar eclipse on May 16 is total and will be visible in practically all of the American continent as shown in the chart below, also in the Pacific, Africa, and Europe; although visibility will be much better in the Canary Islands than on the peninsula, though it will be visible throughout Spain, and it falls on 25 degrees of Taurus, a moment almost coinciding with Jupiter entering Aries, one of the most relevant astrological events we will experience this summer so rich in changes.

ALGOL
The most notable aspect of this Lunar eclipse is undoubtedly the very tight conjunction it presents with the star Algol. This star, considered the MOST MALEFIC in the heavens since ancient times, is said to influence those born under it to be skilled at committing all manner of evils. It represents the head of the Gorgon Medusa with hair turned to serpents and a gaze that turned to stone anyone who faced it. The late Saddam Hussein, who was executed by hanging, had it very significantly placed in his horoscope. Perhaps it's time to call on Perseus....

Let it be clear that I do not believe that the medieval designations by which this star was considered, which I will not transcribe literally for the peace of mind of my sensitive readers, will come to pass to the letter. However, it does not seem like a good sign when we have the third most international armed conflict recently initiated. These aspects can give rise both to people with characteristics of martial arts mastery and to situations that escalate considerably.
On a mundane level, in our personal horoscope, those who have planets or angles on the 25-degree axis of Taurus-Scorpio will discover how that particular element will take on greater relevance in the following 6 months. If it is the Ascendant or Mars, you may experience situations fraught with tension. JUPITER IN ARIES
Jupiter will enter Aries on May 10. Aries represents the beginning of a new cycle. With Jupiter in Aries comes drive and enthusiasm toward the future. Later I will dedicate a post to this event, which will last approximately one year. Jupiter will remain in Aries from May 10 to October 27, then definitively enter again coinciding with the beginning of winter in the Northern Hemisphere on December 20. Congratulations to the fire signs and particularly to Aries or those with planets in related places. Jupiter in Aries presents a notable difference compared to its current position in Pisces. We will move from a stage more sensitive to others' suffering to one in which self-interest will predominate much more. I have observed how multiple horoscopes of successful entrepreneurs have this placement in their birth charts, which may be the best position for launching a project if our birth horoscope is congruent.
JUPITER-VENUS CONJUNCTION
About this conjunction that will occur on April 30, we can say it represents the union of the two benefic planets. This could tip the scales, at least for a limited time, in favor of peace. These are aspects very connected to the spiritual world, though to capture them in their full essence, one must be in tune with feelings of detachment and charity that are quite unusual. In any case, they can serve as a counterweight to other less beneficial ones. In our natal horoscope, this configuration connected with our personal planets can only exercise a positive influence, creating the climate and faith necessary to achieve things that previously seemed impossible to us. Every conjunction represents a door that opens to another reality. This is a door worth opening.
